Ever since I was 11 years old, I've dreamed of owning a dessert shop. It wasn't just about sweets, it was about bringing joy through flavour, experimenting with ingredients, and creating something truly unique. Over the years, I found myself drawn to the idea of blending sweet and savoury, combining unexpected flavours in ways you wouldn't think to try… until you do. That's how Vanoffee Crepes came to life.
The idea of putting things like pizza toppings or bacon and waffles into a crepe might seem unusual, but to me, it's all about fun and flavour, making something memorable that you didn't know you were missing until you take that first bite.
